By downloading, accessing, or playing Pocket Brawl ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

You must comply with all applicable laws when using the Game. If you are under the age required in your country to enter into legal agreements, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account secure.
• Not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Players may not:

• Cheat or exploit bugs.
• Use bots or automation.
• Modify or reverse engineer the Game.
• Use unauthorized third-party software.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.

Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, resets, or permanent account bans.

Pocket Brawl includes virtual currencies and virtual items such as coins, gems, Premium Pass benefits, brawlers, skins, pins, and other digital content.

These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Are licensed, not sold.
• May be modified, balanced, or removed as part of game updates.

The Game offers optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store.

All purchases are processed by Apple.

Pricing, billing, subscriptions, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple's terms and policies.

Pocket Brawl offers an optional Premium Pass auto-renewable monthly subscription.

By purchasing a subscription:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple.

Pocket Brawl cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

If the Game allows usernames, chat, clubs, or other user-generated content, you agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading, or spam.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

We may update, modify, balance, or discontinue features, events, characters, items, or services at any time without prior notice.

Pocket Brawl and all associated artwork, characters, graphics, music, code, logos, and other content are owned by Pocket Brawl or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Pocket Brawl is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pocket Brawl and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
